04 / Questions

Frequently asked questions

Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build?

Shopify suits stores that want a fully hosted platform. WooCommerce suits stores that already run on WordPress or need more control over hosting. A custom build suits unusual pricing, ordering or integration requirements.

Which payment gateways are supported?

Razorpay, PayU, Stripe and PayPal are the most common, along with UPI and cash on delivery. Other gateways can be integrated where they provide an API or a platform plugin.

Can an existing store be moved to a new platform?

Yes. Products, customers and order history are migrated, and redirects are set up from old product and category addresses.
